With approximately 75,000 IT graduates entering the workforce annually, Pakistan boasts a readily available pool of talent equipped to handle a wide range of IT and ITeS services.

These include tax breaks, the establishment of Special Technology Zones, and incentives for foreign investors, such as 100 percent equity ownership and repatriation of capital and dividends.
