China Races to 6G: Commercialization by 2030, Global Standards in Sight

China's ambition in the 6G race is blazing hot, with the country aiming to commercialize this next-generation technology by 2030. This timeline is bolstered by the anticipated completion of 6G standard-setting by 2025, further solidifying China's potential to lead the global 6G landscape.



A key pillar of China's 6G strategy is the allocation of the 6GHz spectrum for both 5G and 6G systems. This strategic move lays the foundation for a seamless transition and future-proofs connectivity infrastructure for both technologies.
