AI Takes Center Stage

There's no doubt that AI will be the star of the show. Google is expected to showcase its advancements in generative AI technology, particularly its LaMDA-based model, Gemini (formerly Bard). We'll likely see demos and announcements about how Google is integrating Gemini into various products, including:

  • Android: Expect AI-powered features across the Android ecosystem, enhancing functionalities like Google Search, Assistant, and potentially even third-party integrations with assistants like Alexa and ChatGPT.

A purer version of Wear OS 5 might be reserved for the upcoming Pixel Watch 3.
