When it comes to power efficiency and performance-per-watt, Intel claims Lunar Lake outperforms Qualcomm’s X Elite by 1.2X and delivers 2.29X more performance-per-watt than its previous-generation Meteor Lake Ultra 7 165H. Intel also asserts that Lunar Lake offers the fastest CPU cores on the market, with single-threaded performance advantages ranging from 20% to 64% over Qualcomm’s chips and 3% to 33% over AMD’s Ryzen AI 300 series.
