WhatsApp Integrates AI-Powered Chats for Seamless User Interaction

WhatsApp is rolling out a new feature that will make it easier to access AI-powered chats. The feature adds a shortcut to the Chats tab, allowing users to quickly start conversations with Meta AI and other AI characters. The shortcut is currently only available to Android beta testers, but it is expected to be rolled out to all users soon.

Channel Update Views

WhatsApp is also testing a new feature that will allow users to see the number of views for a particular channel update. This feature will help channel owners assess the reach of their updates and see how many people are viewing their content.

AI Chatbot

WhatsApp's AI chatbot is still in the experimental phase, but it is being used by a select group of users in the United States. The chatbot can answer questions, generate text, and create art-like stickers.

Privacy

WhatsApp is committed to protecting user privacy. The company has introduced a new feature called "Protect IP Address in Calls" that will hide users' IP addresses from other callers. This feature is designed to protect users' privacy and prevent others from tracking their online activity.
